This product, and all other Soft-DRY® products are unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. Soft-DRY® represents excellence and is the most natural and unprocessed way of drying. It is able to maintain and, in some cases, even improve the quality of the original products, resulting in a perfect natural and healthy snack on the go.
During this process, organic fresh produce is carefully selected and hand-picked at the proper ripening grade. Then comes a series of manual processing steps before they are gently dehydrated. Some nuts, seeds and also a smaller selection of fruits and berries dry naturally on the plant while still protected by their shell or by the leaves of the plant.
In both cases, the conditions are very similar, and the products are not exposed to temperatures above 42 ˚C, so they preserve their raw food quality. Either mother nature does the work, or we do it thanks to advanced and innovative technologies, in the end the final product results in the highest possible quality.
