First cook the minestrone in an oiled pan and season with salt and pepper.
Mix with 15 g dried green apples and breadcrumbs in a blender.
Once the mixture is formed into burgers, roll them lightly in the breadcrumbs.
In a hot frying pan, add the oil and cook the burgers.
In the meantime, prepare the spinach and dried green apple salad and the yoghurt sauce by adding oil, salt, pepper and, if you wish, some herbs.
Once the burgers are browned, put them on your plate and get ready to eat them!
