And let’s not forget that mondona dehydrated pears are organic and biodynamic, i.e. they are grown without chemical fertilisers and with total respect for the rhythms of nature.
This means that mondona dehydrated pears are not only good, but also really healthy!
For 1 Salad cake, you need:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Unroll the dough and use a knife to cut it into a frame. Use a fork to pierce the middle to prevent the dough from swelling. Stuff the pastry with the dried pears. Add the diced cheese and chopped nuts with a few fresh sage leaves. Season with a little oil, salt and pepper. Use a brush to sprinkle the milk around the edges to get a nice golden brown.
Place the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with a few fresh sage leaves.
